Final Cut X Project does't appear in folder after sharing (No error message)

I can't get my project to save to any folder, not matter what Share Process I select (youtube, apple devices, default, etc.) I have the entire project selected from timeline it goes to save and let's me pick a destination folder, when I hit save, nothing happens. No error message. It acts as if everything is all good and it should show up in folder but it doesn't. I've tried searching for this online, but can't seem to find this issue. Everyone else always mentions an export error message, but I'm getting no error messages. Please help. This is a large project, 10 hours. Just under 9 GB files size. Is there a cap on file size that could be causing the issue?

As Tom said, check the "Background Tasks" - note that a ten hour long project could, well, take a long time to export, so there is a chance it's just that... you may not be allowing enough time for it to do its job.
