Iphone 14 pro max proximety sensor issue

Hi , i have a question about my iphone 14 pro max , when i use whatsapp , viber , telegram and i hear a record audio from the ear , the screen taked off very late , the same thing when i make a call via whatsapp , the screen taked off after few seconds , but if i make a cellular call its working normally , so this is a hardware or software issue , and what i can do?
