when I enter a birth date on my iphone it creates a loud notification at 6am on the day of that persons birthday. Since my laptop and iphone are linked I tried to change the calendar entry it creates on my laptop to 3pm but it won't save. Says read only. I also tried to change the 15 min reminder to none but again, won't save anything due to read only. Anyone know a way around this? I work at night and 6am wake up call is brutal!

Birthdays that appear in the Calendar app are fetched from the Contacts App.
The time to notify will have to be set in the calendar app.
Thank you SravanKrA! In the calendar app it seems there are only four options for Alert. 1) None 2) 1 day before 9am 3) 2 days before 9am 4) 1 week before. So my next question is, am I able to enter in what time I would like to be notified somewhere? I only ask because I'm not sure what Apple means by (before 9am)? Does that mean 8:59am or something earlier? Also, if I choose 1 week before, what time will that notice come in? I'm a light sleeper which is why I'm trying to fix this but not lose being notified of the birthdays I've entered.
