How long does it take to ship out to a repair center?
My 2017 MacBook Pro had a spicy pillow (inflated battery) recently so i took it to the apple store for a repair. I knew it was going to be sent out because someone on the phone and in the store told me it would take 3-5 days to complete. This was on Saturday, Sept 24 and there is still no movement on the repair status and no one from support can tell me where it is. I was told to call back by Apple today but the store is still closed. Does anyone have any similar experiences? did you get your mac back?
