Proof of usage and proof of black listings

I lost my 14 pro max on 30 sep, my insurance company asking for proof of black listing and proof of usage.

The carrier is your telecommunications carrier is the organization that provided the SIM or eSIM and provided the associated communications service, and is the organization that can provide an indication of use and of device IMEI blacklisting.


Apple does not get involved in lost or stolen devices. What the folks that do work for Apple suggest doing:


... If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support


But by all means contact Apple Support and ask them this same question, of course. And AFAIK, the folks at Apple don't blacklist device IMEIs either, that's what the Activation Lock mechanism is for. The carriers are the folks maintaining the IMEI blacklist.
