Photos iOS App: 0 Photos, 4.33GB?

I'm attaching two screenshots from my iPhone 11 Pro.

The first is before I transferred photos from the phone to my computer (which uses iCloud Photo, the phone does not). The second is from after the transfer.

Even though I removed all photos from Albums/Library, the Photos app still takes up 4.33 Gb. There are 7 photos in the For You/Shared with You tab. No others that I can find in there.

What is taking up all this space?

(I am aware of the large attachments taking up 6.39 Gb. I assume this is why Messages takes up almost 9 Gb. I am getting rid of these bit by bit. I would think that this is one reason Photos is so big, but the attachments supposedly take up 2Gb more than Photos.)
