Where can I get a battery replaced, I-Phone 11 Verizon isn’t interested and Apple Store doesn’t answer their phone. Both are only interested in selling a new phone

FYI to the best of my knowledge Verizon isn’t an authorized repair facility for Apple so they couldn’t replace it even if they wanted to. If you live near a Best Buy assuming you’re in the US then you can go there. They are authorized. You can also start your repair request within the Apple Support app.
