apple watch ultra won't turn on - flashing logo

Hello!

My apple watch ultra randomly turned off and then started flashing the apple logo. It has since only turned back on randomly one time in 24 hours.

I've tried using a handful of the reset options for the apple watch but none have worked.

I am able to sometimes get it to turn off so it doesn't flash the logo. But if I attempt to turn it back on during that stuff it just goes back to flashing the logo.

Is there a way of getting the flashing logo to stop and to start working properly again?
