exchange iphone 14 pro

hi, before i had some question in connecting my air pods, and I went to Jewel apple store (Singapore)

staff said is not the air pod problem, it is the new iPhone 14 pro problems.

he said will help me change a new one, I left my phone number and my email

but I realized i left wrong phone number, and I haven't received any email from mine

So I want to know when can help me exchange?
