Can I deinstall IOS16 from my iphone 13 as I have noticed a decrease in battery life?

I noticed that before iOS 16 install my battery max capacity was 92%. After installing is now at 89%. Battery performance has seriously decreased. Is there a fix other than going back to previous iOS?
Are there other users experiencing this?
Is this normal and shouldn’t Apple do something about it?

Thank you, I already did that. The new release is killing my battery, regardless.
Has happened to me. Apple, so far not doing anything.
