Hello Leinad777,

We'd like to provide you with a few steps that can assist you with getting your iPod updated:

Restart your iPod to ensure that the storage has updated in Settings:

1. Press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears.
The power button is located on the top of the device
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the top button until you see the Apple logo.

• Verify the storage is correct by connecting your iPod to Finder or iTunes as shown here: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

• If the issue persists, follow these steps to update using a computer: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes

We hope this helps.

Take care!
