Why can’t i pay online for an iphone with a foreign (Belgium) credit card in the USA? Foreign/Belgium Paypal is also not accepted, why is this?

Thank you, credit card and paypal are accepted from Belgium, but for some reason not when i m paying from the USA. Is there any way to pay with a Belgium account in the USA (when I don’t have a billing address in the USA)?
Well, the general answer to “why” is that Apple won’t let you. Specifically, because what is available in the app store is region and country-specific to comply with local laws and copyright, so you must reside in the country of the iTunes & App Store that you are connected to. They use the billing address of the credit card to verify.

ok, but I only want to buy an iphone, no license like on itunes which I understand. So that’s why I m wondering how I can make a 1 time purchase while on holiday (would be nice to take pictures with a new phone)?
You can probably use your credit card in an Apple store. If you want to buy online from Apple.com you must either ask for in-store pickup or provide a delivery address in the US, and it might accept your credit card. Two things to be aware of:

thank you. But do you know why I can’t enter a Belgium address? I can pay for everything else in the USA with my Belgium cards, only the online apple webshop doesn’t work
