I have tried all the methods to get my iMac to the disk utility from dreaded white circle with to no avail. Any suggestions?

Thanks, I spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support running through all possible configurations, but no solution, except sent it repair. I thought someone in the community might have another solution. I think a new iMac is better than a repair.

I have circle with slash. I have tried all the methods to bring up Utility Disk, but as my computer starts to , it reaches a certain and reverts to the dreaded circle with a slash.
