My Safari app doesn’t show any pics on the websites

Hi, can someone please help me. It's about the fact that since I updated iOS 16, safari stopped opening any pictures to me on the sites and instead of a photo, a blue square appears with a question mark in it. I tried everything I thought of, I cleared my whole date and all that stuff from the safari, restarted my phone several times and nothing happens, the problem is that I use the phone most of the time to work, and I tie my hands and I can't do anything.

Here’s an example

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 16

Hello Yoanna01,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We're glad you reached out here in the Communities for help with this issue. Being able to load photos is a big part of what you expect when you load and use Safari. You mentioned you tried a few steps on your own. To verify are these steps steps you followed when you say you "cleared my whole date and all that stuff from the safari": Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support? If not, start there and make sure you follow all the steps on this page.

It looks like you're using an iPhone 11 Pro Max. In your photo we see you're on Wi-Fi. You may want to make sure the issue isn't isolate to the network you're on. If you're unsure, test the iPhone using Cellular Data or a different Wi-Fi network. Does the issue remain when you're on a different network? If not, look over this guide with the Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support.

If the issue continues and only affects a certain website or webpage, check if you have Private Relay turned on. You can temporarily turn off Private Relay in iCloud Settings. If Safari still doesn't load websites and you tried all of these steps, contact the website developer for more help.

You can find the above information and more here: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

We hope this guidance helps you out.

Kind regards!
