My order was delivered by UPS but no package was there when I checked.

I received a mail stating that my package was delivered by UPS but no package was delivered.

I was at home and I checked within 5 minutes of its delivery, I checked the apartment area, and I couldn't find the package, the UPS delivery guy didn't even come to my apartment door.

I don't know what to do, very stressed out right now.

Please help me, I have reached out to apple they said they are investigating this and they might send a replacement, but what if the same thing happens to the replacement, what will I do then?

I really don't know what to do now, I have filed a police complaint, and talked to the realtor about the surveillance system to find out what exactly happened. But I am left helpless at all these steps.

Please help.
