UPS lost my package

Aside from writing Apple, check the entry for that tracking number to see if it is marked delivered or ?? Apple has stated that the responsiblity passes to the shipper when they take possession (which actuallu makes sense). Then point out the discrepancies to both.

That's UPS answer:
"Please contact the sender to let them know, and to explore the options they may have for you, then they will file a claim with us."
Of course I've already done that. There I was advised to contact the sales department, but I didn't find anything except the phone number. I would like to write a letter, as it is inconvenient to call now.

Hello ~ I would burn up the phone with UPS and with Apple. Contact UPS and file a claim. Contact Apple and escalate your issue until you find someone that takes action on your behalf.
