If you bring it back to a store, you'll know for sure on the spot. If you send it back for a replacement, I don't know. But the way to know for sure if you're doing it online is to return the one you have for a refund, then buy a new one.

Q - Also, to confirm if it's refurbished, I guess it will come in a refurbished box? Or do they send in a box that exactly looks like a brand new one, but the machine is refurbished?
Q1: I don't know, I'm just saying they'll tell you on the spot so you'll know.
Q2: I don't know how they do it now, but it used to be in a different/unsealed box if it was repaired/refurbished.
