Macbook pro replacement.

i bought a new macbook pro 14inch but it came out faulty. So my question is does apple replaces ur macbook with new one which is faulty from start and has warranty if it does how to reclaim it please help.

if you bought direct from Apple, they provide a full-value return or exchange, but only with the first 14 days from receipt. For new (not refurbished) products, you can deal with any Apple-owned local store or online. Must be in the same country as purchase. May not be available in the Far East.


Resellers have their own policies, along with their own pricing.


After that, its a warranty repair.
