My MacBook pro 2021 16in has promotion turned on by default, and the animation will always be locked at 60 Hz after using it for a period of time, such as minimizing a webpage, and clicking animations from the program dock after minimization will feel a sense of lag, and I can only restart the computer each time can it be restored, is there any way to solve this problem?

I tried it but none seem to work, I think it's a bug of the 12.6 system. I just restart my Mac and it just fix it.
