In Pages v12.1 on macOS Monterey, select the text that you wish to translate into Spanish. Control-right-click/Two Finger tap (if configured) and choose the secondary menu item, translate "...." This will open a panel where you can select Spanish, and the translation will appear on that panel, where you have an option to replace the selected text in Pages with the translation, or copy it to another document.
