Hello everyone , i lost my phone and i have apple ID there , unfortunately I forget my password and i try many times then apple block my Apple id 10 days , please how can I return my apple id !?

If your Apple ID is blocked for 10 days, you will have to wait 10 days. Then try the below.
If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
