Apple Mail is not receiving email when using my Microsoft Exchange account.

I am able to send and receive when using the web portal. I am able to setup my exchange account using a different Apple computer. It is not working on my Apple Mac Studio. I am running the latest version of Monterey.

The easiest way to fix an inability to send or receive email messages is to remove the affected email account(s), and add them again.


First remove: Remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

Then add: Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support


Be sure to heed the Important note in the first document.
