Apple care in Mexico for an iPhone bought in US
Can I register an iPhone bought in the US for Apple care in Mexico. (Buy the Apple care coverage, not use the Apple care coverage from another country)

You will have to ask Apple. I don't believe it would be possible because the warranty is for the US where you bought it, not another country.
