Apple Mail app issue with office 365 accounts having issues Hi, since yesterday we have been facing issues with all out apple devices and mail app accessing office 365 emails, it asks for password pop up, when we tried Mail - Official Apple Support and it fails with the following error Mail settings are not known for your email provider. Please contact your provider for correct settings. issue is only affecting Apple native mail app, if we install outlook on that same device it works fine, I do not know what is this tool trying to access on exchange online or what protocol it tries to use. appreciate your help with this if any one faced the issue

I am not able to connect to my office 365 account with mail I am suddenly not able to use mail for my office 365 account (it worked very well in the past and I feel frustrated to have to move to Outlook as outlook works but Mail no longer). Mails asks for my login details and send me to a login page that stays blank. Any chance of being ale to resolve this issue?
