xcode-select --install

Application download but when try to install it shows a popup message "Can't install this app"

also run: xcode-select --install command trigger OS X to show update system message:

when trying to run it also fails.

Command line tools for Xcode update won't install System Settings shows a software update for Command Line Tools for Xcode 14.0 and 14.2 available. I keep downloading and installing them and it goes right back to the beginning as software updates available. Why won't they install?

Xcode update is stuck Dear Readers, I have a Mac mini, Ventura OS, I have tried to update Xcode to 14.3.1. (latest version), but while I was updating it, the process stopped, I am unable to pause the downloading too. The downloading has two parts; one 1,61 GB, and another part nearly 7,5 GB. I am able to achieve to download the first part almost always (some times it has stopped also), but the second part always stopped. My connection seems to be good, but the bandwidth is approximately 2 MB/sec (I have a 4G modem, and the bandwidth is approximately 40MB/S). What can I do to solve it?

after run XCode, succsseful has installed 13.4, but has problem with update to 14.0
