Apple disabled my account with over $1000 apple balance while my order is still processing

Hi all,


I was so excited to looking forward and end up making a preorder on the iphone 14 pro max with my apple account balance $1000 and the rest was with my visa.


After a few days, Apple disabled my account, prevented me from using my apple balance and when i contacted them, they promised to send unblock purchase request with case ID **** so i could rest assure that my order will be processed.


But after a week, my account is still disabled, Apple sent me an email told me that they have difficulty processing my payment while still disabling my apple balance with over $1000 on it. I contacted Apple again with reference case ID **** and it feels like they didn't want to support me there, feel unmotivated and told me they couldn't help me even i was a loyal customer of Apple.


I don't think there's any hopes to solve that problem, i want my apple balance back and tell them to stop charging my money from my visa card. Anyone have experiences with this case? I don't want this matter becomes serious but seems like i have to. Apple official steals my money and refused to support, i don't know they are such a bad party like that to scam people's money with their system.

Let me narrate my experience with this same issue


My experience with this started since the launch of the iPhone 14 series, I have a bunch of apple everything gift cards I redeemed on my Apple ID (balance of $1955.90 currently). I was successful in making the order purchase of iPhone 14 pro max and a silicon case with screen protector (the orders were Separate) ..after a few days the case and the screen protector was shipped and delivered to my address. While awaiting for the shipping of the 14 pro max, I had a change of mind to cancel the 14 pro max order cause of the long delivery time and I saw an option of same day pickup in a store closer to me , but before I could made the new pickup order , the item is already sold out at the store . This was when I tried making a new home delivery order for the 14 pro max and this whole issue started , at the checkout page it kept on giving me an error message of “ Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method” While trying to use the same Apple ID balance I had previously used for the canceled order. This same issue went on for like 3 days with no solution , each time I call the 1-800-MY-APPLE support number I was transferred from one department to another with no one having any idea of what’s going on or how to resolve the issue. 

After a while I was able to come accross a thread on discussions.apple of people having similar issue and them complaining of how apple support has not been able to be of help. Later on someone suggested we try making the purchase with our debit/credit card and calling the apple support after the order has been placed to have the payment method on the order changed to apple balance . I did this it worked out (I used a debit card different from my name and shipping address) But unfortunately on the 7th of October I noticed that my order has been canceled, I didn’t receive any mail as regards to the cancellation, I got to know by tracking the order. I started calling apple support to have this fixed but I was told to make a new order , which when I tried doing, the error message I was getting this time around is completely different ,what I saw was “ Your account balance has been disabled. Please call 1-800-MY-APPLE for help.”  I have called this same apple support almost every day since october 7 till now to have my balance issues fixed but there has been no resolution whatsoever.
