Apple disabled my account with over $1000 apple balance while my order is still processing
Hi all,
I was so excited to looking forward and end up making a preorder on the iphone 14 pro max with my apple account balance $1000 and the rest was with my visa.
After a few days, Apple disabled my account, prevented me from using my apple balance and when i contacted them, they promised to send unblock purchase request with case ID **** so i could rest assure that my order will be processed.
But after a week, my account is still disabled, Apple sent me an email told me that they have difficulty processing my payment while still disabling my apple balance with over $1000 on it. I contacted Apple again with reference case ID **** and it feels like they didn't want to support me there, feel unmotivated and told me they couldn't help me even i was a loyal customer of Apple.
I don't think there's any hopes to solve that problem, i want my apple balance back and tell them to stop charging my money from my visa card. Anyone have experiences with this case? I don't want this matter becomes serious but seems like i have to. Apple official steals my money and refused to support, i don't know they are such a bad party like that to scam people's money with their system.
