Apple account balance disabled
My Apple account balance has been disabled with 2000 pounds on the balance.
this has led to me not being able to purchase anything (digital or physical) from Apple. It has also led to all my subscriptions getting cancelled when due for renewal (including Apple one)
I have spent around 40 hrs on phone calls with Apple , and been through every department multiple times. The general consensus is that it’s a post sales issue.
I am at a loss where to go next , nobody ever calls every department forwards you on , when they do open a case they deliberately close it with some daft advice. Or they don’t update the notes on the case management system l.
any ideas ?
