is there a way to have Both the iPhone and Watch to make an audible notification sound?

What I want is this, my Apple Watch to be audible and give me the notification but also the apple iPhone to make the audible sound.

Also have the ability to keep the watch silent but the phone audible in the notifications, is there a way to do that?
