Iphone 13 pro’s battery drained overnight

Hi,

I charged my battery to 100% and turned on the battery saver before going off to sleep. I woke up to my phone being dead because of no charge. Can anyone share their insights on this?

In the past couple of weeks it's been about 65% when I go to bed but when I get up it's completely dead. Any ideas why? I have updated all apps and software, closed all apps, and don't leave it on for music or anything at all for that matter. Thanks in advance for any answers.

iPhone battery My iPhone 13 battery was charged to 90% before I went to sleep, so I unplugged it from from charging (because it usually lasts the entire night), but this morning my phone was DEAD - like 0% charged. i charged it and checked the battery health which is still saying it’s at 99% battery health. 80% battery drain during the night and no usage stats Hi, I unplugged my iPhone from charging 1 AM with around 80% battery and woke up to a fully discharged phone. There are no battery usage stats available for this whole period. It's iPhone 13 running latest firmware 16.4.1. Maximum battery capacity is 100% and the phone is 1 month old. Could someone advise what happened?

Check what apps are taking the battery up.

Figuring out what is using up the battery life, as noted above, is the first step.

More generally speaking, best practice is to plug the phone in at night and leave it plugged in overnight.
