Dead spot on screen and green light flashing. Tried factory restore and still the same thing. didn't drop my phone or anything, it just happened all of a sudden. Please help.
I could not find an iPhone 12 Service Program for that kind of issue.
You'll have to contact Apple Support or visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place, and ask them to diagnose your iPhone.
