Can not install apps through App Store it stuck at this point

trying to download YouTube from AppStore I have already set region to uae but still it is stuck at this point and nothing happens

Can’t download things in other region Ok so I recently went to the AppStore to download Netflix and was confused when it said the app wasn’t available in my region so I went to country/region and found out that it was in Russia,I didn’t know this until now and I don’t remember setting it to Russian and when I change it to another country/region it says I can’t download apps in this region…pls help

Have you had the chance to try a different known-good Wi-Fi network?

If yes, we recommend that you try the steps in the articles.
