Storage

Hi, my other storage is showing as 42.45GB. I’ve gone into the library folder and this is only showing as having 6.99GB. I’ve expanded to show hidden files using CMD SHIFT DOT and nothing extra in there. How can I locate the remaining 35 odd GB as I need to delete this to free up space? Pleaaaaase help!!!!!

Take a look here; the other category is now called system data and the OS controls it - you cannot. It helps to get rid of snapshots if you have any, shut down/restart the computer or erase/reinstall.
