Transfer from stubhub to apple wallet

Looks like there may be something wrong with the coding for the ticket. After receiving that message, if you go to the Wallet app, is the ticket by any chance there? if so, is it readable?

If not, we have a few steps to try.

1. Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
2. Verify your iPhone 12 is on iOS 16.0.2, at Settings > General > Software Update. If not update the iOS: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
3. Try to add again following the steps in this article: Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet - Apple Support

If still having the same issue, contact the ticket issuer for help.
