Wallpaper/lock screen

the time and date on the Lock Screen covers the faces of the photos I choose. Is there a way to make the text box with the time to be at the bottom of the screen?

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 16

The time and date text boxes need to be able to move. Instead of locking into top of screen. Apple you can do better! All my favorite photos the time and date cut off my loved ones!
