Hiya I have an IPhone 11 and about 4 months ago an app called ‘Xcode preview’ popped up and will not delete and keeps coming back any one have the same problem?

Xcode Preview is part of iOS. It usually doesn’t and shouldn’t appear, unless there has been some app testing underway. Based on postings, it sometimes does become visible and that in unclear circumstances.
If it is enabled, turn off Developer Mode, restart theniPhone, and see if the problem persists.
Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode <disabled>

I don't but do you have a work email account on this phone? Or have you tested software on it?
