Troubleshooting iCloud Drive:

A. View iCloud Drive, Directly:

Go here, and see if you can view this data: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive

B. Single-Out this Device:

Do you see them when viewing them on another device? Enable iCloud on the other device, and see if it reside in there.

C. Re-enable iCloud Drive:

Disable iCloud Drive, and then enable it.

D. Manually Restart your iPhone:

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Select: General
  3. Scroll to: the Very Bottom
  4. Select: Shut Down
  5. Slide Finger: to the Right
  6. Wait: 30 Seconds

You are welcome...

Check Corresponding Apps:

If Photos was enabled on your iPhone along with your Apple computer, then check and see if the Messages app is enabled on your Mac to see if it exists in it. You'd start up your Mac, not connecting to the Internet, and open the Massages app. Then proceed from there with retrieving it. Important: Be certain you do not connect to the Internet while booting up, as syncing would delete it. So, power off your router to avoid the connection.
