How do I turn off Spatial Audio in my earphones?

How do I turn off spatial audio in my earphones? I don’t see how. It is incredibly annoying to do errands in my apartment while listening to a podcast and the voice moves all over the place.

I have gone to the control center and I don’t see an option to toggle it on or off or what app controls it. It is not intuitive to me where I would go to turn off the spatial audio feature for my earphones. I have tried going to the Bluetooth settings and I do not see an option.

When I listen to podcasts on Spotify using my earphones, I get the spatial audio. I don’t like it. I want to turn it off so it sounds the same no matter where I am in relation to my phone.
