I have paired my iPhone with the Apple Watch, I prompted to update the watch but I get a messages saying that the iWatch has been updated with the latest os. So I am not able to start up the watch.

I tried with an older iPhone 5 but I get the same message. The watch is the iWatch 7000 btw and has never paired to an iPhone.
I did, the told me they don't support this device anymore. There is only a slight chance to work if it get updated with an old iPhone running an old version of iOS but not sure.
