iOS 16 bug

Ever since I downloaded the iOS 16 onto my iPhone 11, my Siri and all voice controls on my phone won’t work or process. Can this be fixed?

iOS 16.1 Removed All Siri Voices In: Settings> Accessibility> Speech > Voices Installed iOS 16.1 in DFU mode on my iPhone Xs Max and set it up as a new phone, and now I see that in iOS 16.1 that Apple has removed the Siri voices in all languages [Settings> Accessibility> Speech > Voices]. Has anyone else noticed this? I am curious why Apple has either not noticed this bug, or if removing all the Siri voices is intentional? If so, why? I have tried resetting my phone delete everything and then setting it up again - same result. Tried doing a restore from iTunes - still no Siri voices. Next I will try installing iOS 16.03 in DFU mode, then updating to iOS 16.1 via my phone to see if the Siri voices will remain that way, or get deleted in the iOS 16.1 update process. Any feedback welcome. Thanks.

"Unable to turn on voice control. Failed to download Necessary files" error on my iPhone 13 have just up graded my phone software to iOS 17.5.1. It will not download the software to enable voice control. It says “Unable to turn on voice control. Failed to download Necessary files”. Any suggestions? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
