Wifi will not allow me to receive or send emails whilst abroad

I have an iphone 12 mini aswell as Windows 10- I cannot receive or send on an email account whilst abroad on wifi - it keeps coming up saying 'username or password is incorrect' They are correct and I cannot obtain my emails at all on wifi but I can receive and send on Data. - Help! I have tried several wifi places ut no joy. it also will not allow me to send or receive on any platform whilst abroad - have tried them all! I really need some help please

If you are receiving a specific error, here are a few things to try to see if they help:

If it is providing a specific error, address the error. This may mean having to manually enter in the credentials rather than using autofill to rule that out.
