Ordering of iPhone 14 Pro

Hello,


I received a message saying the following:


I have called online store several times during the day, and there was no clear explanation why I could not get iPhone 14 Pro at the store in Frankfurt, Germany. Personnel of online store have not given a clear explanation and sent me to different phone numbers, which does not work or not available. I would like to know what is the problem. Thanks.
