We understand that you are having an issue with video calls on your iPad. Are you using FaceTime for the video calls or a different app? If you are not using FaceTime for the video calls, be sure to check for software updates and reach out to the app developer for settings adjustments.
- "Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All".
