iPad email promblems

Is Microsoft having problems


We are having trouble with our iPads using Exchange mail app. We've deleted the account and recreated the account by selecting Exchange. Enter the username and password. Click Next. It verifies and then defaults to a screen like you want to manually configure the settings. Asks for a domain name, server name, etc.

Then I hit cancel. I've tried entering the credentials and got taken back to the same spot.
