Help! SuperNote App not working with iOS 16.0.2

This will, more than likely, continue to happen until the developer of that app updates it for iOS version 16.0.3. By the way, the newest iOS version, at this time, is iOS 16.0.3. Update your iPhone and then see whether the app works. If the app still does not work as expected, then contact the developer of that app and get a resolution.

Following the precise steps to open the apps details and scrolling below comments/reviews tapping contact developer you get directed to site not found 404. That’s because they only operate as Fitness 4 now and you have to email them thru there. I did. They don’t reply. Bottom line they don’t care and we’ve lost our info permanently. So lesson learned. Pen and paper ALWAYS works!

I would just advise you the SuperNote app has not been revised in the last four years. I know nothing about this particular app. But I can tell you this lack of recent revision is a huge red flag.

I hope you can recover your data. Once you do so, quickly move it to a better maintained place.

The same identical thing happens to me!

Besides passwords, I have a lot of information stored on it!

I feel like we have paid for something, and now it has been stolen from us!

I wonder if they are still selling the App?

I realize you are trying to help but if you had read all of my rant you would have realized I have already attempted to use Apple support, and contact the developer. The first option will not let me move forward responding I do not have a quality issue! Okay sure. Not that I was given a platform to describe my issue. I didn’t want a refund, I didn’t want to claim fraud, so quality was my only option to select. Once selected they decided I didn’t have an issue end of story. i can open super note after I passcode and I cannot touch any file without app crashing. BUT I can tap the bottom of the app settings/other apps by developer/ and help.

help allowed me to send an issue email. I composed. Then hit send and guess what happened? CRASH

SO I went to their site they still app promote Fitness 4 or something like that and I sent them an email about SuperNote begging them to at least allow me one final access, update it anything to retrieve.

so far I’ve heard nothing and that was over a week ago.

I am done using apps for passwords.

i am using ONE password for every **** thing that doesn’t involve my money. End of story.

Same problem with Supernote. Among other things I’ve been using it for a running list of my favorite book quotes since 2014, and now the list title is there, but I can’t open it or retrieve the data. I am crushed.

I emailed the developer multiple times, no reply.

It works just fine for me. Here are its contents that pertain to iPhone.

I emailed them on their Facebook page too, and received a jibberish reply. The developer hasn’t posted on their fb page for two years.
