Macbook Pro touchpad clicks but unresponsive

I recently replaced the touchpad from my 2017 MacBook pro after my MacBook couldn't detect it and the keyboard (making fans blast and system unusable) . now with the new touchpad installed the touchpad and click and give haptic feedback but and can operate normally, but it and the keyboard is still not detected or responsive from the system.

I am unsure as to what the issue is now, as there are no issues with the battery.
