MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 - Touchpad dies all the time when I start my laptop

Hi there,

I am quite disappointed and frustrated when I updated my MacAir to macOS Monterey 12.3.1 last night.

Today, every time when I turned on my laptop or when I return to the laptop after Sleep mode, the touch pad just died. Nothing shown on the screen . Or worse, the arrow just keep blinking on the screen. I have to reboot my laptop several times. Everything was fine before the updating.

My laptop was bought in 2016 April, this might be the reason why it cannot work well with the new macOS Monterey 12.3.1 but I believe no responsibility on my side. I am just a customer and update the system as suggested.

Can somebody look into that and fix the bug? thanks....

Regards

Claire
