charged battery notification
this notification stopped working after iOD 16 and WatchOS 9. How can I get it back?

The setting that notifies you on your iPhone when your Apple Watch is fully charged can be found in the Watch app on your iPhone. Tap on Sleep, then make sure Charging Reminders is enabled. The following article has further information:
