Photo Sharing provides a shared photo album (and you can add others), and shared family Reminders and Calendar are available.

iCloud+ storage doesn’t provide any particular additional add-on sharing capabilities for families, past what it already provides for sharing files and folders with others.

That depends on what you’re doing… They’ll either need to make a file or photo available and then provide you with a URL for a file or a photo, or you’ll need the password.
