The Power Off functionality is no longer on my watch

I have an Apple Watch Series 6. Every once in a while my watch will freeze after selecting an App. The watch is up to date with WatchOS 9.02. Pressing the switch below the dial shows Medical ID, Compass Backtrack and Emergency Call. Has that option been eliminated by the latest WatchOS update?
